- . If you are at Shinjuku Station on the Keio Line, exit the ticket gate at the "Keio New Line Exit" and proceed toward the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Office at the "KEIOMALL ANNEX".
- For Shinjuku Station on the Toei Shinjuku Line/Keio New Line, go out the ticket gate toward the exit "Shintoshin-guchi".
- As soon as you cross the Toei Shinjuku Line "Shintoshin Exit" ticket gate, you will enter an underground passageway named One Day Street. Once you enter One Day Street, follow the street (it twists a little in the middle). At the end of the street, turn left, and you will see the Toei government office on your right and the hotel on your left.
- Guests of the main building should take the escalator to the 3rd floor front desk, while guests of the new building should first take the escalator up to the 1st floor and then go through the connecting passageway to the new building.

A. Route from Keio Line
Keio New Line Exit Gate
If you arrive at Shinjuku Station on the Keio Line, exit through the "Keio New Line Exit" ticket gate.
Please follow the directions for KEIOMALL ANNEX, One Day Street, Skyscraper District, and Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building.
KEIOMALL ANNEX
As you continue on, an underground shopping street called KEIOMALL ANNEX continues on your left. It is "KEIOMALL ANNEX", not "KEIOMALL". Please keep going.
In front of Toei Shinjuku ticket gate
After exiting KEIOMALL ANNEX, you will find the "Shintoshin-guchi" ticket gate for the Toei Shinjuku Line/Keio New Line. This is the ticket gate in the opposite direction from the previous one. From a little further down, you will enter an underground passageway named "One Day Street".
B. Route from the Koshu-kaido ticket gate of JR Shinjuku Station
From the Homeon the Toei Shinjuku Line/Keio New Line to the Shintoshin Exit ticket gate
On the Toei Shinjuku Line/Keio New Line ( Home), head toward the Sasazuka end and take the escalator up toward the Shintoshin Exit.

This is where you exit the "Shintoshin Exit" ticket gate of the Toei Shinjuku Line/Keio New Line. From a little further down, you will enter an underground passageway named "One Day Street.

Continue on One Day Street. There are some ups and downs and twists and turns, but follow the road.

There is a fork in the road, but do not turn at the fork and follow the road toward the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building.
End of One Day Street
One-Day Street ends at a dead end. The "Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building" is on the right, and the " Washington Hotel" ground-level exit is on the left, so please turn left.

Do not take the escalator, but go to the connecting corridor at the back.

This is the entrance to the new building. Once inside, there is an elevator.
