  Access & Directionss are available via a direct underground passage from the South Exit of Shinjuku Station (access hours: 6:00 a.m. to 10:45 p.m.).

  Breakfast is served in both the main building and the ANNEX.

  Seating reservations are not accepted in advance.

  Stores and hours are subject to change depending on conditions.

  
  

  Guests who made a reservation without breakfast but would like to have breakfast can purchase a meal ticket on the day of their stay at Restaurant.

• Can I leave my luggage with you?

  You can keep the room only from the day of check-in to the day of check-out.

  Please use the self-service cloakroom located on the lobby floor of each building for the exclusive use of guests.

• What is the room rate for children and how old are they when sleeping with you?

  Children of elementary school age and older are charged the same rate as adults.

  Preschool children (6 years old and younger) may stay free of charge by "sleeping with" an adult in a bed (maximum of 1 child per bed).

• I want to cancel my reservation.

  If you made a reservation through our official website or by phone, please contact the hotel at Contact us.

  If you made your reservation through a travel agency, please contact the agency where you made the reservation at Contact us.

• What is the difference between the main building and the ANNEX (annex)?

  The Main Building has 1,281 rooms and the Annex has 337 rooms, each with different room types.
  The Main Building offers a variety of room types, including women-only floors and smoking floors.

  ANNEX (Annex) is recommended for those who want to spend time in a spacious room.
  Please choose the one that best suits your needs.

  The main building and ANNEX are connected by a connecting passageway (outside).

• Tell us about the conference room.

  The conference and banquet rooms will be closed as of February 2024. Please note that we cannot accept reservations for meetings and banquets.
