- (If you arrive at the Koshu-kaido ticket gate, go to the South Exit first.)
From the South Exit, proceed toward the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building and take the down escalator to the Toei Shinjuku Line ticket gate. - Once down to the basement, continue on KEIOMALL ANNEX. Now enter the underground passage named ONE DAY STREET.
- Once you enter One Day Street, follow the road (it twists a little in the middle). At the end of the street, with the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building on your right and the hotel on your left, turn left.
- Guests of the main building should take the escalator to the 3rd floor front desk, while guests of the new building should first take the escalator up to the 1st floor and then go through the connecting passageway to the new building.

A. Route from the South Exit of JR Shinjuku Station
In front of JR New Shinjuku South Exit ticket gate
After exiting the South Exit of JR Shinjuku Station, please proceed in the direction of Lumine on your right. From here, it is a common route.
B. Route from the Koshu-kaido ticket gate of JR Shinjuku Station
In front of the Koshu-kaido ticket gate at Shinjuku Station
Go out the Koshu-kaido ticket gate of JR Shinjuku Station.
From Koshu-kaido ticket gate to south exit
A large street called Koshu-kaido crosses in front of you, so please cross the street at the pedestrian crossing.
Shinjuku Station South Exit Ticket
Cross the pedestrian crossing to reach the South Exit of Shinjuku Station. Enter near the ticket gates and proceed in the direction of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building. From here, you will take the common route.

Toei Shinjuku Line ticket gate/Information board to Oedo Line
If you proceed in the direction of the Toei Government Office, you will see an information board for the Toei Shinjuku Line/Oedo Line ticket gates, so please follow this sign.
Escalator to the basement
Follow the signs and you will see an escalator leading to the basement. Take this escalator to the basement.
One Day Street
Continue on One Day Street. There are some ups and downs and twists and turns, but follow the road.
End of One Day Street
One-Day Street ends at a dead end. The "Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building" is on the right, and the " Washington Hotel" ground-level exit is on the left, so please turn left.

We have arrived at the entrance to the B1 level of the main building at Shinjuku Washington Hotel. Please come right in.
Escalator from B1 to 1st floor
Please take the escalator up to the first floor as you arrive on the basement floor. From here, you will take separate routes to the main building and the new building.

Take the escalator to the front desk on the 3rd floor of the main building
The front desk is located on the 3rd floor. Please take the escalator to the 3rd floor.

This is the entrance in front of the information counter on the 3rd floor of the main building. The front desk is on the right as you enter.

Do not take the escalator, but go to the connecting corridor at the back.
There is a connecting passageway to the new building at the back of the escalator.

The connecting corridor is at the back of the first floor of the main building. Please proceed to the right.
New Annex Entrance
This is the entrance to the new building. Once inside, there is an elevator.
Elevator Hall, New Wing
The front desk of the New Wing is located on the 2nd floor. Please take the elevator up.
