On the morning of Friday, January 1, 2027 (a national holiday), we will serve a special New Year’s osechi meal befitting the start of the new year at “Grand Blanc,” the Sky Banquet Hall on the hotel’s top floor (21st floor).After savoring the New Year’s atmosphere with the petit fours served as the first course, please enjoy a colorful assortment of appetizers that blend classic and creative elements, including shrimp, dried persimmon and cheese, roasted chestnuts, abalone, bamboo shoots with ume paste, black soybeans, lotus root flowers, snow peas, and red and white kamaboko.The soup is a red sea bream miso soup that brings out the rich umami of the broth, and the sashimi features a luxurious assortment of spiny lobster and scallops. The simmered dish consists of eggplant simmered in a rich broth and topped with crab meat; the grilled course features a steak of domestic beef and seasonal vegetables; the meal concludes with a scattered sushi platter; and for dessert, we offer a matcha and black sesame mousse.
