◆ Directions from “Kokusai-Tenjijo Station” on the Rinkai Line
When you exit the ticket gates, you’ll see the hotel directly in front of you. As you leave the station, you’ll find a white-roofed arcade on your right. Walk through the arcade toward Tokyo Big Sight, and you’ll see a McDonald’s on your left. Enter through the automatic doors next to McDonald’s, then go through the automatic doors directly in front of you. Turn left, and you’ll find the front desk at the end of the hallway.

After exiting the ticket gate, proceed to your left. Take the escalator on the left down, then continue straight ahead. After crossing one traffic signal, you will see Ariake Park Building on your right. The hotel is the building adjacent to Ariake Park Building on the right.

After exiting the ticket gate, proceed to your left. Immediately turn right and descend the stairs straight ahead. Continue straight.
Without crossing the T-shaped road, walk along the sidewalk for about 150 meters. The hotel's main entrance will be in front of you.

Parking lot
The contracted parking facility (Ariake Park Building) is located on the B1 to 3rd floors of the hotel building.
Please note that large buses cannot be accommodated.

About Reservations

● Reservations are limited to individual guests staying at the hotel.
(Up to 8 seats per reservation)
● Please refrain from making reservations for return trips on your checkout date.
● When boarding, please tell the staff at the boarding area “the name you registered
when making your bus reservation.”
● If you do not arrive by the bus departure time, you will not be able to board.
If you are unable to board, you will need to use public
transportation, and you will be responsible for the fare. ● If your clothing or shoes are wet or damp, or if there is any other circumstance that may cause inconvenience to other passengers, we reserve the right to refuse boarding. Please be advised in advance.
Furthermore, we assume no responsibility whatsoever for disputes between passengers that occur on board.
● For safety reasons, children under 4 years of age (3 years old or younger)
must ride on a guardian’s lap.
● In the event that the bus is unable to operate due to natural disasters or unavoidable circumstances
, we cannot guarantee alternative transportation.
● The usual travel time is approximately 25 to 40 minutes, but depending on traffic conditions,
the bus may arrive early or late.
● When making a reservation, please check the operating hours of each park in advance.
