Are the rates different for weekdays and holidays?: The venue fee does not change depending on the day of the week.
There is no change in the venue charge, but we offer special Holiday deals for banquets held on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
Is it available late at night or early in the morning?: The room is available 24 hours a day, but please consult with us about your preferred time.
Please note that the usual 30% surcharge applies to late-night and early-morning hours, excluding 9:00-21:00.

What is your payment method?: Payment can be made in advance by bank transfer or on the day of the event (cash or credit card).

Will there be Internet access available at the venue?: Wireless LAN is available free of charge.
Two separate dedicated lines are available per venue, except for Grand Blanc on the 21st floor, and can be arranged for 33,000 yen per line.
(There is no dedicated line available for Grand Blanc on the 21st floor.)
Can I ask you to set up desks, chairs, etc. and return them to their original state?: The hotel will take care of the basic set-up of the venue in advance. There is no need to return the venue to its original state.
Is it possible to send luggage to the venue in advance? Can I send my luggage from the venue?: You can pick up or drop off your baggage the day before the event. We do not accept baggage that has been paid for on delivery. Luggage can also be sent from the venue.
Can I print out data or make copies of materials on the day of the event?: We do not allow data to be printed out.
Photocopying is available for a fee.
What should I do with the trash after the event?: If you pack up your garbage, the hotel will dispose of it. However, oversized trash will not be accepted. Please understand this in advance.
