When can I make a tentative reservation?: We accept reservations starting one year in advance. (For example, for April 1, reservations open on April 1 of the following year.)
How long is a provisional reservation valid?: The provisional reservation period is one week from the date the provisional reservation is accepted.
Is the venue registration process difficult?: You can complete the process simply by filling out one copy of the Confirmation of Use form.

When do cancellation fees apply?: ・After booking through 91 days prior to the event date... 10% of the total amount quoted at the time of application

Is it possible to use this service late at night or early in the morning?: You can use our services 24 hours a day at your convenience, but please contact us to discuss specific times.
Please note that for late-night and early-morning hours (excluding 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM), a 30% surcharge will apply.

Can you set up desks, chairs, and other furniture, and restore the space to its original condition?: Please rest assured that the hotel will handle the basic setup of the venue in advance. There is no need to restore the venue to its original condition.
Is it possible to send my luggage to the venue in advance? Also, can I ship my luggage from the venue?: We can accept and hold your packages if you drop them off the day before the event. We cannot accept packages marked "pay on delivery." We can also ship packages from the venue.
Will it be possible to print or make copies of the materials on the day of the event?: We do not provide data output services.
