We have introduced a “Self-Check-In/Check-Out” system that automates all accommodation registration and billing processes. THE FUJITA MEMBERS can use the Quick Check-In service (check-in is completed with just a signature) by scanning their member QR code.
At check-in, a staff member will verify your reservation and guide you through the automated process. Please note that guests using the parking lot will need to complete the procedure for issuing a parking pass; please visit the front desk before exiting the parking lot.

Upon your departure, please use the Express Checkout Box located in front of the elevator.
If you have no outstanding charges, simply insert your key card to complete check-out.

We have free self-service lockers exclusively for guests available in the lobby on the first floor of the hotel.
You can drop off your luggage before check-in and after check-out without having to stop by the front desk—it’s so convenient!
Plus, since these are self-service lockers, you can access your luggage whenever you like.
They can accommodate everything from small carry-on bags to large suitcases.

We have a 24-hour coin-operated laundry facility on the 4th floor.
Guests staying with us are welcome to use it at any time.

Washing machine: 500 yen per load
Dryer: 100 yen for 30 minutes

Whether you're staying for an extended period or need to do laundry on short notice, you can use this service 24 hours a day.

We kindly ask that you refrain from smoking, including the use of heated tobacco products, in the hotel’s public areas and hallways.
We would appreciate it if you would use the smoking area on the first floor (available 24 hours a day).

As a Tokyo Disney Resort® Good Neighbor Hotel, the Good Neighbor Hotel Shuttle runs daily to and from Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo DisneySea, and guests may ride the shuttle for free with advance reservation.

We accept seat reservations starting one month in advance.
(Example: Reservations for travel on November 1 can be made on or after October 1.)

《 Regarding Reservations 》
● Reservations are limited to individual guests staying at the hotel.
(Up to 8 seats per reservation)
● Please refrain from making reservations for return trips on your checkout date.
● When boarding, please tell the staff at the bus stop “the name you provided
when making your bus reservation.”
● If you do not arrive by the bus departure time, you will not be able to board.
If you are unable to board, you will need to use public

● In the event that the bus is unable to operate due to natural disasters or unavoidable circumstances,
we cannot guarantee alternative transportation.
● The usual travel time is approximately 25 to 40 minutes, but depending on traffic conditions,
the bus may arrive early or late.
