At approximately 10:10 p.m. on Monday, August 10, 2026, a fire broke out at our hotel’s “ Guest Rooms.”
We sincerely apologize for the significant concern and inconvenience this incident has caused to our guests.
After the automatic fire alarm system was triggered, staff immediately proceeded to the affected area Guest Roomsand extinguished the fire using fire extinguishers.
We have also confirmed that neither customers nor staff were injured.
Safety at the scene has been confirmed, and the facility is currently operating as usual.
The local fire department is currently investigating the cause of the fire, and it is suspected that the fire was caused by a mobile battery catching fire while charging.
