On Tuesday, November 3, 2026—a national holiday and the date of the annual mandatory inspection—we will create a window art display using the lighting at the Guest Rooms.
Now in its seventh year, Window Art is a project that began in 2020—amid the COVID-19 pandemic—during a time when we were forced to wear masks every day, with the hope that “someday we’ll be able to take off our masks and see each other’s smiles again.”

The window art display will be illuminated from sunset until 8:00 p.m. We recommend viewing it from Canal Park, Kisha-dori, or the Yokohama City Hall Waterfront Terrace.
