Yokohama Sakuragicho Washington HotelAs such, we have been conducting a “disposable hand warmer collection” program under the initiative “ SDGs” since December 2025.
Although the hand warmer collection boxes were discontinued as of Tuesday, March 31, 2026, we have received numerous Contact usrequests; therefore, we will now accept donations at the front desk.
When visiting the front desk, we kindly ask that you please place your disposable hand warmers in a bag and bring them with you.

[A Request for Your Cooperation in Returning Heat Packs]
・Whether you use the adhesive or non-adhesive heat packs, it’s fine even if they’ve expired.
・Please place expired, unused items in a bag—either unopened or, if opened, after they have cooled completely.
・Please wait until used hand warmers have cooled completely before placing them in a bag.
・Please refrain from bringing items that are wet or extremely dirty.
(Fabric fibers that stick to the adhesive side of the heat patch are not a problem.)
・When bringing items to the front desk, please place them all in a bag before handing them over.
The collected hand warmers are sent to GoGreenJapan, where they are recycled into resources that contribute to environmental conservation, such as water purification agents and soil conditioners.
