Thank you very much for your continued support of Tsubame Sanjo Washington hotel.
Starting September 14, 2026, to prevent illegal parking and ensure our customers can use the facility with peace of mind,
There will be a change to the system at our partner parking lot, Aeon Ken-O Store.
① When you enter the parking lot, an automatic reader will record your license plate number (making a note of the last four digits in advance will help speed up the checkout process).
② We will issue free tickets (with printed QR codes) to guests staying at our hotel. The ticket machine is located on the 1st floor.
③ Please enter the last four digits of your license plate number at the payment machine located at each parking lot.
④ Hold the QR code on your free ticket up to the scanner on the payment machine to complete the payment.
*You may exit the parking lot for free within 3 hours of entering, even without using a free ticket.
*If the last four digits of the number match, an image of your vehicle will be displayed. Please select your vehicle.
*If you have any questions, please feel free to ask a staff member.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and kindly ask for your understanding.
