Black Flounder, our most popular dish

Grilled fish is the centerpiece of a traditional Japanese set meal.
To offer variety to guests staying multiple nights, we serve a different type of fish each day, such as black flounder, mackerel, and salmon.

A Rare Egg with a Unique Flavor: "Sesame Eggs" from Tsubame

The eggs we use for the fried eggs on our Western-style menu are “Sesame Eggs.” These eggs come from chickens raised on a specially formulated feed containing sesame seeds. They are quite rare, so be sure to try them and see the difference in color and flavor for yourself. They are also packed with the nutrients found in sesame seeds, such as vitamin E and sesamin.
