《For Guests Staying Overnight》

Parking is available on the hotel premises or at nearby coin-operated parking lots.

Parking spaces on the hotel grounds (approximately 5–8 spaces) are available on a first-come, first-served basis. If the lot is full, please use nearby coin-operated parking lots or other parking facilities.

If there are no available spaces in our on-site parking lot and we direct you to a nearby coin-operated parking lot or parking facility, and the fee exceeds 1,200 yen per night, please pay the amount yourself first. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please bring your receipt to the front desk. We will refund you the difference between the amount you paid and 1,200 yen.

○ If you arrive between 7:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m., please visit

○ If your arrival time is outside the hours listed above:
Our front desk staff will assist you.

○ We do not accept advance reservations for on-site parking.

1,200 yen per night (flat rate from 2:00 PM on the day of arrival until 11:00 AM the following morning)

・If you need to leave the parking lot during your stay, please notify the parking attendant
・Parking is available outside the times listed above if spaces are available on the premises (an additional fee of 400 yen per hour applies)

(For Guests Staying Multiple Nights)
1,200 yen per night (from 2:00 PM on the first day of your stay until 11:00 AM on the day of checkout)
・The payment date varies depending on whether you leave your car parked on the premises or enter and exit the parking lot during your stay. Please check with the parking attendant or the hotel front desk.
・Even if you have been using the on-site parking lot, once you exit the lot, you will be directed to nearby coin-operated parking lots or other parking facilities if the on-site lot is full. (We cannot reserve a spot in the on-site parking lot.)

● Important: While we have listed the nearby coin-operated parking lots above, please note that depending on your vehicle’s model (length, width, etc.), you may not be able to use them. When parking, please check the regulations for each lot and use them at your own discretion. (We assume no liability whatsoever for any accidents or damage that may occur at the parking lots listed above.)

《To Guests Using the Hotel's Dining Establishments and Shoten on the 8th Floor》

Parking is available on the hotel premises. If the on-site parking lot is full, please use the “Sorio First Parking Lot.”
( Please note that we do not offer discounts for nearby coin-operated parking lots or external parking lots other than the one listed above. )

When using the Solio First Parking Lot, we will provide you with a [Solio First Parking Lot Parking Service Ticket] in accordance with the regulations of the following facilities:

○ Customers visiting "Casual Restaurant Champs-Élysées" on the 1st floor
① If your total bill is less than 3,000 yen... Free parking for up to 1.5 hours
This offer applies to one vehicle per group.

② Total purchase amount of 3,000 yen or more... Free parking for up to 3 hours
This offer applies to up to two vehicles in the same group. However, for every 2,500 yen above the 3,000 yen threshold, one additional vehicle qualifies for the offer. *The total purchase amount may be combined across vehicles in the same group.

For both ① and ②, if the duration exceeds the times listed above, an additional fee of 400 yen per hour will apply.

○ Guests dining at "Shimaya Japanese Restaurant" on the 2nd floor
・Free parking for up to 3 hours, regardless of the amount spent
If you exceed the above time limit, an additional fee of 400 yen per hour will apply.

○ For guests using the 8th-floor “ Restaurant& BAR Gaslight”
・Free for up to 3 hours, regardless of the amount spent
If you exceed the time limit above, an additional fee of 400 yen per hour will apply.

○ For guests using the "Shoten" venue on the 8th floor:
・On the day of your event, you may park up to two vehicles for free for 3 hours.
If you exceed the above time limit, an additional fee of 400 yen per hour will apply.
