On November 23, Reiwa 8 [November 24, from 2:00 a.m. to 5:00 a.m.], we will be conducting an electrical equipment inspection in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. As a result, there will be a building-wide power outage during the above time period.
Examples of services that will be unavailable include:
・Lighting, air conditioning equipment, TVs, in-room refrigerators, humidifying air purifiers, elevators, vending machines, outside-line telephones, hot water systems, microwaves, coffee machines, and tea dispensers

Please note that regarding lighting, the emergency lights inside the rooms will turn on as soon as the maintenance begins.
These emergency lights will gradually dim over a period of 60 minutes before finally turning off.
During the inspection, the only service available will be the internal phone line between your room and the front desk, accessible via Guest Rooms.
