We would like to inform you Newsthat, in order to maintain the quality of the building and improve safety, we will be conducting exterior wall renovation work on the dates listed below.
Scope of Work: Tachikawa Washington Hotel North and West Exterior Wall Renovation Work
Construction Schedule: October 1, Reiwa 8 – February 28, Reiwa 9 (tentative)
Work Hours: 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
*Excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays
*Noisy work will be conducted from 10:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
We will remain open as usual during this period; however, please be aware that construction noise and vibrations may occur during work hours. Additionally, since work will be carried out with scaffolding and tarps in place, you will not be able to see the view outside. Furthermore, as workers will be passing by outside your windows, we kindly ask for your cooperation in keeping your curtains closed.
To ensure the safety of our workers, please refrain from opening or closing your windows.
Please note that the construction schedule is subject to change due to weather conditions and other factors.
