Under this Campaigncampaign, guests staying at our hotel can pick up a special discount coupon at Shinjuku Washington Hotelor Hotel Gracery Shinjuku (Tokyo). When purchasing a suitcase at the “Ace” travel bag section on the 4th floor of Keio Department Store’s Shinjuku branch, guests will receive a “Recycling Ticket” that allows them to have their unwanted suitcases collected for free, in addition to the special discounted price. Simply attach the Recycling Ticket to your unwanted suitcase and leave it at the front desk, and our hotel will collect it free of charge.
Through this initiative, we aim to help solve the problem of abandoned suitcases, and we hope you’ll enjoy a more comfortable and enjoyable trip with your new suitcase.
