Customers who require receipts that comply with Japan’s qualified invoice and receipt regulations should make a reservation using the method described below.
・Make a reservation through a Japanese booking site or a domestic travel agency.
・ OverseasIf you use a booking site, make your reservation with payment upon arrival.
(Please note that some booking sites do not support payment upon arrival.)
We can issue receipts only for reservations made with on-site payment.
If you made a reservation with advance payment and need a receipt, please contact the booking site or travel agency you used.
