A soothing new space where tradition and environmental awareness harmonize Guest Rooms
The newly renovated Guest Roomsfeatures carpets inspired by the “Sendai Sasa” crest used by the Date clan of the Sendai Domain, accented by gold-leaf-patterned wall coverings. The wood-grain furniture, unified in a grayish color palette, and the light streaming from the brass-colored pendant lights cast the soft glow characteristic of bamboo, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
The interior design takes the global environment into consideration; it avoids the use of precious woods and non-recyclable plastics, and instead features pendant lights made from bamboo, a material with a low environmental impact. The chair upholstery incorporates recycled polyester yarn made from discarded plastic bottles, contributing to a reduction in waste, energy consumption, and CO₂ emissions.
Guest RoomsThe TV information has also been updated. It now features a “mirroring function” that lets you cast your smartphone screen to the TV, allowing you to enjoy various subscription services using your own account.
In addition, “DAZN 1” has been introduced for the first time at hotels in Miyagi Prefecture.
