If minors (under 18 years of age) are staying at the hotel without an adult, we require a written consent form signed by a parent or legal guardian.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but please download the “Consent Form for Minors’ Stay” from this link, fill it out and sign it in advance, and bring it with you on the day of your stay.
Additionally, we may ask you to present a government-issued ID for identity verification.
Please note that guests who are junior high school students or younger are not permitted to stay at the hotel unaccompanied by an adult.

The standard check-out time is 11:00 a.m., but we can accommodate check-outs as late as 2:00 p.m.

Any luggage sent directly to the hotel will be held for you and delivered upon your arrival.
When sending luggage to the hotel, please clearly indicate your name (as it appears on the reservation) and check-in date on the shipping label to ensure a smooth delivery.
However, please note that we cannot accept responsibility for the safekeeping of valuables or fragile items.

The cancellation policy varies between regular periods and event periods designated by the hotel.
(1) Regular Periods (excluding the cancellation period)
Please notify us of any cancellations at least two days prior to your check-in date. Cancellation fees will apply after that point.
Cancellation fees are as follows: 100% of the room rate for no-shows (without prior notice), 80% of the room rate for cancellations on the day of check-in, and 20% of the room rate for cancellations made the day before check-in.*For group reservations of 10 or more people, please contact the hotel at Contact us.
(2) During Event Periods
Cancellation fees during event periods are as follows: 100% of the room rate for no-shows (without prior notice) and cancellations made on the day of arrival; 50% of the room rate for cancellations made between 8 and 60 days prior to arrival.
The “event period” refers to the period during which large-scale events (such as fireworks displays, concerts, sporting events, expositions, and other events) are held in the vicinity of the hotel.
The hotel determines the specific dates for this period and will announce them in advance.

Since parking at our partner parking lot is available on a first-come, first-served basis, we do not accept reservations.
Please note that buses and trucks are not permitted to use this parking lot.

To meet the demand for a hearty breakfast, we’ve created a breakfast menu perfect for starting your day off right.
Based on the concept of “Exploring Tohokuthrough breakfast,” we offer local dishes from Tohokuand Miyagi’s soul food.

"Bonjour Plus" on the first floor of the hotel

Only children in elementary school or younger may stay in the same bed as an adult at no additional charge, limited to one child per bed.
*Please note, however, that amenities such as toothbrushes and towels will be provided only for the number of adults included in the room’s occupancy limit.

We offer bed rails free of charge for small children. Since quantities are limited, please request one in advance.
*For safety reasons, bed rails are available only for children between 18 months and under 5 years of age.

Meals for children sharing a bed are not included; please purchase them separately.
Breakfast is the same as for adults.
Adults (junior high school students and older): 2,480 yen (tax included) / Elementary school students and younger: 1,320 yen (tax included)

We do not provide pajamas for children. We do provide towels and other items free of charge.
