We have recently confirmed that spoofed e-mails have been sent to our customers, impersonating our company.
Currently, we do not send e-mails regarding changes in the specifications of our e-mail service, and we do not provide our toll-free telephone number 0120-86-0000 or 03-6385-0000 (toll free).
We urge our customers to be wary of these phishing emails and to refrain from opening any attachments or visiting phishing websites such as Access & Directions.
There is a risk that you may be directed to a site that asks you to enter your personal information, which may lead to unauthorized use.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

• If no emails have been sent or received for 20 days using the sendai-wh.jp email client (PC/smartphone)
