The applicable period of the cancellation fee differs between the normal period and the event period set by the hotel.
(1) Normal period (excluding cancellation periods)
Cancellation must be made at least 2 days prior to the date of your stay. After that date, a cancellation fee will be charged.
The cancellation fee is 100% of the room charge for no-shows (no notice), 80% of the room charge for the day of cancellation, and 20% of the room charge for the day before cancellation. For group reservations of 15 or more persons, 10% of the room charge will be charged 9 days or more in advance.
(2) During the event period
During the event period, 100% of the room charge will be charged for no-shows (no notice) or for reservations made 7 days or more before the event date, and 50% of the room charge will be charged for reservations made 8 to 60 days before the event date.
Event periods are defined as periods when large-scale events (fireworks displays, concerts, sporting events, expositions, and other events, etc.) are held in the vicinity of the hotel.
The period is set by the hotel and announced in advance.

Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. and check-out time is 10:00 a.m.

We do not have a free parking lot dedicated to our hotel. We can recommend contracted parking lots in the vicinity of the hotel that offer discounted rates for overnight stays. The specific parking lot we recommend will vary depending on your arrival and departure times. Additionally, the area around the hotel can be confusing due to one-way streets and other traffic patterns, so please call us once you are in the vicinity, and we will provide detailed directions. Please also refer to the parking map available on the page at Access & Directions.

The Japanese and Western-style buffet is 1,500 yen per person (tax included).
(Hours: 6:30 a.m.–9:00 a.m.) If you let us know at check-in, we’ll provide you with a breakfast voucher along with your room key. Please pay for the breakfast at the same time you pay for your stay. You can also enjoy breakfast directly at the restaurant the following morning for the same price of 1,500 yen (tax included). In that case, please purchase a breakfast voucher at the front desk.

Please pay for your stay at the hotel upon check-in. Credit cards are also accepted.

All rooms are equipped with Wi-Fi, allowing you to connect to the Internet.

Please ask the front desk staff to leave your luggage at the front desk.
You can also leave your luggage with us after check-out.

If you send it to us in advance, we will hold it for you at the front desk. Please specify your check-in date and the guest’s name, and send it to Koriyama Washington Hotel, addressed to the front desk.

We do not host banquets. We ask that meeting rooms be used exclusively for meetings. Please note that hotel staff are not on-site at the venue.
