Since around August 2023, we have confirmed the fact that "unsolicited e-mails (spoof e-mails)" purporting to be from our group hotels have been sent out several times.
If you receive an email purporting to be from one of our group hotels that contains messages such as “I don’t recognize this content,” “Please re-enter your reservation information,” or “Please enter your credit card information,” it may be an attempt to direct you to a phishing site or commit fraud ( Access & Directions). Please do not click on any URLs in the email body or open any attachments; instead, please delete the email immediately.
Our group’s hotels will never send emails to guests asking for credit card numbers or requesting payment (except in cases where a transaction has actually taken place).
We apologize for any concern or inconvenience this may cause, and we ask our customers to continue to be vigilant against these scams.

Phishing refers to the act of stealing important information—such as credit card numbers and account details (user IDs, passwords, etc.)—by sending emails with forged sender addresses or directing recipients from fake emails to fake Homepages.
