Check-in time is 14:00 and check-out time is 11:00.

The standard check-in time is 2:00 p.m., but you can check in as early as 12:00 p.m. for an additional fee.

Check-in at 12:00 PM: ¥2,000 per room (tax included)

Check-in at 1:00 p.m. — 1,000 yen per room (tax included)

(Please note that we may have to decline your request if we are fully booked.)

The standard check-out time is 11:00 a.m., but we can accommodate check-outs as late as 2:00 p.m.
(Check-out times vary depending on your reservation plan.)
An additional fee of 1,000 yen (tax included) per room per hour will apply for late check-outs.
If you wish to check out late, please contact the front desk in advance.
(Please note that we may not be able to accommodate late check-outs if the hotel is fully booked.)

Any luggage sent directly to the hotel will be held for you and delivered upon your arrival.
To ensure a smooth delivery, please clearly indicate your name (as it appears on the reservation) and
your check-in date on the shipping label.
Please send your luggage prepaid.
Please note, however, that we cannot be held responsible for the safekeeping of valuables or fragile items.

The applicable period of the cancellation fee differs between the normal period and the period of the event as defined by the hotel.

(1) Normal Period (Excluding the Cancellation Period)
Please notify us of any cancellations at least two days prior to your check-in date. Cancellation fees will apply after that point.
Cancellation fees are as follows: 100% of the total room rate for no-shows (without prior notice); 80% of the total room rate for cancellations on the day of check-in; and 20% of the total room rate for cancellations made the day before check-in. *For group reservations of 15 or more people, the cancellation fee is 10% if canceled 9 days or more prior to check-in.
(2)During Event Periods
Cancellation fees during event periods are 100% of the room rate for no-shows (without prior notice) and cancellations made on the day of arrival, and 50% of the room rate for cancellations made between 7 days and 8 days prior to arrival.
“Event periods” refer to periods when large-scale events (such as fireworks displays, concerts, sporting events, expositions, and other events) are held in the vicinity of the hotel.
The specific dates are determined by the hotel and announced in advance.

・Hotel Guests: Free for up to one vehicle per night (2:00 PM to 11:00 AM the following day); ¥500 (tax included) for each additional vehicle
・Banquet Hall Use: Free for 3 hours
・Hotel Restaurant: Free for 2 hours
・Tenant Store Use: Free for 1 hour

2nd Floor Restaurant“BONSALUTE” (Opens at 6:30 a.m. – Last entry at 9:45 a.m. – Closes at 10:00 a.m.)
We offer a buffet featuring approximately 60 varieties of Japanese and Western dishes.

Limited to children in elementary school or younger, one child may sleep in the same bed as an adult at no additional charge per bed.
* Please note, however, that amenities such as toothbrushes and towels will be provided only for the number of adults specified in the room’s occupancy limit.

We offer free bed rails for small children. Since quantities are limited, please let us know in advance.
* For safety reasons, bed rails are available only for children between 18 months and under 5 years of age.

Meals for children sharing a bed are not included; please purchase them separately.
