Elimination of plastic straws
As part of our efforts to address the global problem of marine pollution, we have switched from plastic straws to paper or biodegradable plastic straws.
Reduction of food loss in breakfast buffet dishes
Food loss is a problem in which food that is still good enough to eat is thrown away. In order to solve this problem, the following efforts are being made.
Thirty minutes before closing, we transfer some of the dishes to smaller serving dishes. We restock the dishes as needed, depending on the number of customers.

What are the SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals)?
Adopted at the UN Summit in September 2015, it is an international goal to be achieved by 2030 and consists of 17 goals and 169 targets to eradicate poverty and realize a sustainable society. All stakeholders, including companies, governments, and NPOs, are expected to work together to implement this plan.
