the entire hotel will experience a power outage due to a mandatory inspection of power receiving and transforming facilities in accordance with the Electricity Business Act.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your cooperation.
● Emergency equipment within the facility (such as fire alarms and sprinklers) will operate on emergency power.
● Only one elevator will operate on emergency power.
● Telephone service will be available as usual.
● Cold and hot water will be available, but the hot water flow in the bathrooms may be reduced.
● During a power outage, all electrical equipment—including lighting and air conditioning—will be unavailable.
● The refrigerator will also lose power, so please refrain from storing perishable items.
● Internet and Wi-Fi will be unavailable during the power outage.
● The convenience store on the 2nd floor will be closed from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
● “ Restaurant” on the 2nd floor will be open for breakfast only on May 11; lunch and dinner service will be suspended.
