There is a FamilyMart on the second floor.

We accept payments at the convenience store (FamilyMart) on the second floor.

Please send your package to the address below, addressed to the front desk, and be sure to include your check-in date and the guest’s name.
(Limited to items for which payment has already been made. Refrigerated or frozen items are not accepted.)

We will hold it for you at the front desk.

The front desk is open 24 hours a day. Please rest assured.
However, if you will be arriving after midnight, please contact the front desk.

For early check-in, you must make your reservation at least one day in advance.
For late check-out, an additional fee of 2,000 yen (tax included) per room will be charged. (Late check-out is available until 2:00 PM at the latest. If you check out after 2:00 PM, you will be charged an additional fee equivalent to one night’s stay.)

Payment is due at check-in.

*Standard check-out time is 11:00 AM, but we can accommodate check-out extensions until 2:00 PM at the latest.
An additional fee of 2,000 yen per room will apply for check-out extensions.

We provide cribs free of charge for children under 1 year of age (infants).
However, since the number of cribs is limited, please make a reservation in advance.
Please note that cribs are available only in Superior Twin rooms.
Please keep this in mind when making your reservation.

One child (up to elementary school age, 12 years old) may stay in the same bed with one adult at no additional charge.
However, for stays that include breakfast, a separate breakfast charge will apply depending on the child’s age.
Breakfast Charges: Under 3 years old…Free; 3 years old and older…600 yen (tax included); 6 years old and older (elementary school students)…1,200 yen (tax included)

The applicable period of the cancellation fee differs between the normal period and the period of the event as defined by the hotel.

(1) Normal (excluding cancellation periods)
Cancellation must be made at least 2 days prior to your stay. After that, a cancellation fee will be charged.
The cancellation fee is 100% of the room charge for no-shows (no notice), 80% of the room charge for the day of cancellation, and 20% of the room charge for the day before cancellation. For group reservations of 15 or more persons, 10% of the room charge will be charged 9 days or more in advance.
(2) During the event period
During the event period, 100% of the room charge will be charged for no-shows (no notice) or for reservations made 7 days or more before the event date, and 50% of the room charge will be charged for reservations made 8 to 60 days before the event date.
Event periods are defined as periods when large-scale events (fireworks displays, concerts, sporting events, expositions, and other events, etc.) are held in the vicinity of the hotel.
The period is set by the hotel and announced in advance.
