We have confirmed on multiple occasions that “spam emails (phishing emails)” purporting to be from our group hotels have been sent since around August 2023.
If you receive an email purporting to be from one of our group hotels that contains messages such as “I don’t recognize this content,” “Please re-enter your reservation information,” or “Please enter your credit card information,” there is a possibility that you are being directed to a phishing site or that your information is being stolen Access & Directions. Therefore, please do not click on any URLs in the email body or open any attachments; instead, please delete the email immediately.
Our group hotels will never send emails to guests asking for credit card numbers or requesting payment.(Except in cases where you have actually used our services.)
We apologize for any concern or inconvenience this may cause, and we ask that you remain vigilant against these scams.

It refers to the act of stealing important information, such as credit card numbers and account information (user IDs, passwords, etc.), by sending emails with forged sender addresses or directing recipients to fake web Homepages via fraudulent emails.
