About the Hotel

Is it possible to stay with minors only?

Minors (under 18 years of age) who wish to stay at the hotel alone are required to submit a written consent form from a person with parental authority.
Please download the "Agreement for Minor's Accommodation" form from here, fill it out and seal it in advance, and bring it with you on the day of your stay.
We may also need to verify your identity with an official ID card.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in 14:00 / Check-out 11:00

(This may differ from the above depending on the accommodation plan or contract.)

Can I extend my check-out time?

Extension is available until 14:00 max.
Extension fee is ￥1000 per person per hour (tax not included).

If I arrive before check-in time, can I leave my luggage?

Valuables and breakables will be kept at the front counter on the 3rd floor.
However, valuables and fragile items cannot be checked in.

Is there parking available?

Affiliated parking lots are located in the same building. (Times Daihatsu Akihabara Bldg.)

■No reservation is required, but admission is on a first-come, first-served basis.
If the parking lot is full, we will direct you to a nearby parking facility (UDX Parking). (We sell 24-hour parking passes for 1,800 yen.)

Does the limousine bus stop there?

It does not stop at hotels.

There is a service between Haneda and Akihabara Station (east side traffic plaza/ in front of Yodobashi Camera).

Do I need to pay when I check in?

Washington HotelAt our chain, we ask that you pay your lodging fees at the front desk.
Please have cash or a credit card ready (we only accept full payment at the time of check-in).
Debit cards are not accepted.

May I send my luggage to the hotel?

Please be sure to include the date of your stay and the name of the person staying (name of reservation) and send to the address below.

Can I exchange foreign currency?

Foreign currency exchange is available only from U.S. dollars to Japanese yen. The maximum amount of currency exchange per person is $200.

Can I use the Internet in my room?

All rooms are available free of charge. (Wireless LAN is also available.)
LAN cables are available in the desk drawers of all rooms.

Do you have extra beds?

Unfortunately, we do not have any available. If you need a bed, please reserve an additional room.

Do you have barrier-free rooms?

We have one room available.
This room is available for 1 to 2 guests.
Since the number of rooms is limited, advance reservations are required. Please call us at Contact us.

Are cribs and baby guards provided?

Unfortunately, we do not have any available.

Is there a laundromat available?

It is located on the 3rd floor.
Laundry costs 400 yen per load, and drying costs 100 yen for 30 minutes.
If you download the dedicated app, you can also make payments using various QR codes.
*For hotel guests only.
*You can access the laundry room using your room key.

I would like to stay in a non-smoking room on a higher floor.

Please make your request at the time of reservation and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

However, the number of rooms is limited, so please forgive us if we are unable to meet your request.

Is there an additional charge for children together?

There is no additional charge for sleeping together.

If you would like, we have children's yukata available, please contact us in advance.

Can I bring my pet to stay?

Pets are not allowed to stay at the hotel.
However, guide dogs and service dogs are not restricted.
