Convenient Facilities and Services
■Special package including half board (dinner and breakfast) is available for groups participating in sporting competitions.
Please feel free to contact our hotel staff for reservations by phone.
Breakfast is a buffet breakfast with an emphasis on healthy balance and a variety of Yamagata's local cuisine.
The normal business hours are from 7:00 to 10:00 a.m., but if you have a competition schedule, the start time can be moved up if you consult with us in advance.
We can also arrange for boxed lunches to be delivered by a contracted vendor. The vendor will deliver the boxed lunches to the competition venue by the time of the competition, and can also collect the empty containers.
The hotel has a "Megumi no Yu" bathhouse for the exclusive use of guests, which is rare in the central city area.
The baths are filled with natural underground water from the Zao water system and are gentle on the body, allowing you to relax and recover from your sports competitions.
There is a laundry facility in the hotel. Self-service washing machines are available for 300 yen per machine (detergent included).
It takes about 3 hours and 30 minutes to dry your clothes. Please ask at the front desk.
There is a Lawson convenience store on the first floor, which is open 24 hours a day.
The convenience store is directly managed by the hotel, so you can enter the store from the hotel's private entrance on the first floor without going out the main entrance.
The convenience store also sells souvenirs.
We can provide ice for your cooler box or hot water for your pot if you ask us.
